END OF MONTH is almost here! That means TIME ENTRIES ARE DUE!

Please submit your January time entries in Workday no later than Thursday, February 29, 2024.

Also, if you have multiple positions, please make sure you enter time correctly for each position using the drop-down arrow.

Any hours not submitted by the end of February, will not be paid until their April 15th paycheck.

Student Scholar Day Applications Deadline, Thursday, February, 29

Student Scholar Days (SSD) is a two day exhibition where students can highlight and share their scholarly accomplishments with the rest of the Adams State community. Grizzlies from all majors engage in scholarship, creative work, and the discovery of knowledge and in the spirit of High Impact Practices (HIPs) and co-curricular engagement, Student Scholar Days is an annual exhibition that exemplifies interdisciplinary student achievement in an academic conference setting. Students apply for acceptance to Student Scholar Days and work directly with a faculty mentor to develop and present their scholarly works.

Computing Services Maintenance for Thursday, 2/22/24

Beginning at 9:00 PM MT Thursday evening, we will be installing February Microsoft Windows updates to all Windows-based systems, including employee, lab and TEC Classroom computers. These patches will force a reboot, so please log off and leave your computers on at the end of your work day Thursday to assist with installation.

Also beginning at 9:00 PM MT Thursday evening, we will be installing February updates on all Windows production servers. During the installation of these updates, users will experience intermittent outages (5-15 minutes) and brief interruptions to network services as systems reboot.
